Rose & Oak Mobile Bar and Events is the passion project of Rhiannon and Joey, a husband-and-wife team, best friends, and adventure lovers who live life to the fullest and find purpose in creating unforgettable and meaningful experiences.

Rhiannon brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and event management for a large organization. She thrives on big life moments—celebrating and entertaining. Her imagination and love for design led to the transformation of a vintage horse trailer into a mobile speakeasy with a unique personality she describes as “Stevie Nicks meets Yellowstone, with a touch of biker chick.”

Joey is a United States Air Force veteran with 18 years of service in public safety. He has a deep appreciation for the western lifestyle, snowmobiling, motorcycles, and making memories with those he loves most. His dedication, calm presence, and eye for detail bring balance and strength to every event.

Together, Rhiannon and Joey combine their skills, creativity, and energy to deliver more than a bar service. They bring atmosphere, style, and intention to every celebration, setting the tone for an experience guests won’t forget.
